Review experts submit project scores through the system, upload the score results to the blockchain in real time, and automatically complete the calculation of project average scores and real-time display of ranking results through smart contracts, which not only eliminates the need for manual verification, calculation, recording, and review, etc. It also solves the risk of malicious tampering with data that may occur in the traditional review mode.

In addition, the blockchain intelligent review system uses identity anonymity and signature obfuscation technology, which makes it impossible for unauthorized users to associate the scoring results with expert identities, which meets the effects of traceability of the process and verifiable results. The blockchain intelligent review system is convenient to operate, friendly to interaction, visually beautiful, and has strong scalability and high availability, and can be widely used in various review and voting scenarios. According to the relevant person in charge of the Xiongan Blockchain Laboratory, the blockchain system is currently building a database of industry experts based on digital identities. Random number algorithms such as VRF and Commit Reveal will be introduced in the future. The Xiongan Blockchain Lab was established in March 2020.
